Leadership & Values
Matthew leads the day-to-day operations of the business and brings with him the values he developed during his time serving in the United States Air Force. His military experience shaped the way our company operates—emphasizing discipline, accountability, attention to detail, and a commitment to a high standard of workmanship.

The Heart of the Business
Behind the scenes, Sierra plays an essential role in keeping the company running smoothly. She manages many of the back-of-house operations, including bookkeeping, scheduling, and customer support.
Her focus is making sure every customer feels valued, heard, and well taken care of. Whether you have a question about your service, need help scheduling, or simply want an update about your pool, Sierra is often the friendly voice ensuring everything is handled with care.

We believe professional pool care requires more than just experience—it requires ongoing education.
That’s why we invest in training for our technicians and have sent each of them to professional courses to become Certified Pool Operators (CPO). This certification ensures our team understands proper water chemistry, safety standards, equipment operation, and best practices for maintaining healthy pools.
